according to the website, it's just been thru a massive refurbishment and huge re-opening - less likely to be insurance - more likely knife weilding charvers with a zippo!
i heard that, but if the refurb wasn't making as much impact as it was thought to, then there's a reason right there total speculation - we could go on in this fashion all day
2 places that have been burned down where I live for, what the rumours suggest, were insurance purposes had both had refurbs prior to the fires.
Thats the same pier that was used on oasis - roll with it cover, a bit of random information on a monday afternoon.
Its just on the news now....they are saying they dont think it will be able to be rebuilt as there is severe damage! Its still smoking now!
