Graduate Interviews! Mental! Takes about four years to get through all the stages! Just got an example maths test through post this morning for an interview I've got next week. It's crazy! Endless A-level style equations. What if people didn't do maths A-level? They're fucked!

They're a nightmare, I went for one at northern Rock and it was about 5 stages got right to the last one then didn't get it Even now though the jobs I'm applying for at the mo have an application form, a test, a telephone interview then an assessment centre, and that's not even for graduate positions :spangled:
I think most companies use these tests for the sake of it, i've been to assesment days etc. But the new job i've just got came from an hour informal interview.
