Grab a (small) tax rebate Does anyone wear a uniform at work? If so, you can claim a £45 a year tax rebate for laundering the uniform at home. Uniform must be worn at work only and is supposed to have company logos, but I doubt they'd check. And the rebate can be backdated to when your employment started. Not loads, but better in your pocket than the 'Revenoos'! save me cash
im spose to wear jumpers and shirts supplied by my work but they are horrendous so i just wear my own stuff
i have filled in a form for this but now they are trying to say as i don't have a p60 for 2004-05 they can't look into it any further :s surely the tax office people have copie of such things
Re: Grab a (small) tax rebate thats quite interesting - i dont wear a uniform, however its very good to know thanks
Sweet. I have my last two P60's so theres £90 back for me, plus another for the tax year coming to a close in 2 months
