Saturday May 19th @ 53 Degrees, Preston It simply doesn’t get much bigger than this: Goodgreef are hosting the official Radio One Big Weekend After Show party as we celebrate 2 years of GG in Preston! It’s an honour to be asked by our friends Radio One to host this mammoth gig and we have hand-picked some of the biggest names in dance music alongside some of our very talent residents to make for what we feel is going to be talked about for months to come. This event is sure to be road blocked from the word go, so get there early to catch some of this amazing talent! Heading up the Main Room will be the world famous Radio One legend Judge Jules! The Judge is one of the most in-demand DJs on the planet and has arguably had one of the finest Dj-ing careers in history. This has resulted in Jules packing dance-floors and pleasing crowds the world over. He is one of the original superstar DJs and will be showing why he’s still regarded as one of the most important DJs on the airwaves and behind the decks! He’s followed by one of newest superstar’s in Hard Dance and a technical master behind the decks – Kutski! After his scintillating 53 Degrees debut last year we knew we had to get him back and you’ll be guaranteed pounding hard trance beats complimented by his jaw dropping scratching and mind-blowing use of effects both main guests will be performing Live on Radio 1 as part of the Essential Mix. Adding more of a global theme to this party, we also bring in the Dutch duo Mark Norman, revered producers of peak time banging gems and also signed to Tiesto’s Blackhole label. We know the guys are going to rip it up and make this one a classic Goodgreef! Next up is Discover’s hot talent Greg Downey who has been getting regular support from Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Eddie Halliwell, Above and Beyond & John Askew to name but a few, so expect him to destroy the dancefloor with his driving trance and techno sound. Finally there’s the Queen of Trance, Tylor-Leigh, already a Mixmag Future Hero and more recently heralded as their Best Thing of 2006. The incredible and beautiful Tylor is blessed with great looks and talent. She has played clubs all over the world for Goodgreef and Fire It Up and is arguably the best rising female DJ of her time. Over in the House Room topping the bill we have another female talent who is making waves, DJ ‘Mistress De Funk’ who is a recent addition to Radio 1’s In Music We Trust . She’s been captivating the Sankeys dance floor on Saturdays and Sundays since being made their first ever female resident with her raw house and techno sound, commanding the Manchester masses like a latter day magician. She is already tipped for great things and has a huge following in the North West with gigs cropping up all over the UK and beyond. Then Tylor-Leigh is coming over to show how versatile she is with an exclusive house set. Not just famed for her trance, she will show how good her house sound is too! Goodgreef’s stable and much loved NW House room resident Paul Flintoff continues to prove why he is one of the most talked about DJ talents to emerge from Preston over the past year. Guaranteed to have a packed dancefloor of loyal fans chanting his name we can once again expect ‘Flinny’ to cause dance floor devastation. Another local talent set to rock the dancefloor is original Goodgreef House resident Kris James who will provide a set of all his own productions guaranteed to whip the crowd into frenzy. Finally Skiddle’s own Ki Creighton will be on hand to fire up the party and get everyone grooving!
