As the summer descends upon Great Britain, one thing that even in this day and age of global warming can be guaranteed is rubbish weather!!! Which is why year after year, what every raver worth their weight in vinyl looks forward to is Ibiza! And that’s something that will be even more so, as Northern bosh legends Goodgreef throw their heat in the ring for 2007!

Since they started in 2000, Goodgreef has become the premier party in the UK for hard dance, trance and techno, with residencies all over the country and a reputation of providing the best music and the best production. This ethos will be again carried onto the White Isle, with GG starring at Amnesia on selected dates. Announcements on what exactly is going from the GG camp for the white isle are on their way, but they will be starting their season in style with another monster party in Tall Trees!!

Making his Tall Trees debut is Dutch demi-god Sander van Doorn. His productions and DJ sets always have the groove at the forefront, with fist-pumping melodies and euphoric touches close by. Joining Sander will be Scot Project, one of the pioneers of Hard-Trance. His tech-edged stompers have been at the front of record boxes for years, and his DJ sets are brutal concoctions of the finest hard trance and techno. Goodgreef resident Adam Sheridan is the next name on the line-up, and by now becoming one of the most important names in the worldwide trance scene. A part of GG since day one, Sheridan has quickly gone from being the warm-up DJ for the stars to the main event himself, both production wise and in the booth. His Abelton sets encompass mind blowing technical trickery, remixes off the fly and amazing musical intensity, exactly what today’s clubbers demand! John Askew is without doubt one of the hottest tech/trance producer/DJs in the UK, if not the world, right now. After the huge successes of his debut singles “Vellum”, “The Door” and “New Dimension”, he has gone on to deliver release after release of consistently high quality club music – either through his own Discover and Discover Dark labels or more recently on Armin van Buuren’s Captivating Sounds imprint. This guy is one of the ones to watch!

SVD and Askew! I have never seen askew before but what i have heard is pretty good not to mention some the quality tunes that have been released on his label!! Sick of the sight of adam sheridan though, seen him play about 6 times in the last year, the last decent set i saw from him was at PVD @ TT, nearly exactly a year ago.

Sander Van Doorn is a must see though, personally i cannot wait for this event.
