Good morning! Feeling much improved on yesterday, though a little scared about having to go to a meeting in London next week. I know there probably won't be any more bombs, but I will be very nervous on the tube just thinking about it.

Working today, then a quiet night in tonight, and tomorrow too I think. Out for a serious session on Sunday though - it's a friend's birthday and I've got Monday off!
