Goa Visa - Help Me fkn heads in bits with this. We were told off our Travel Agent that we have to apply in person to the Indian Embassy in Edinburgh for our Visa's for Goa so i books two train tickets retn for me and me g/f to go up there soon with the form/photos etc. I now read the Indian Embassy site and it says that they only take applications for residents of Scotland? Ring the cockney Indian office on 0207 836 8484 & tell them misinformation you were given & you have booked tickets etc & is it possible for them to arrange an appointment for you in Scotland. John yee need to stay well fooking clear of the shops. At the moment you have jacket you dont like with a button that has fell off & two train tickets to go to Scotland for visas you may not be able to get cos you listened to the dumb arse travel bitch!!!!
I dont doubt i will go but i just want it sorted, its fkn doing my head in at the moment - least the coat is sorted tho
you can get a visa in edinboro. I just did it. you have to download the form for edinborough (its different to the london one) fill it in and take it in person with photos and the fee. you go in the morning and hand it in and then you can pick it up after 5 the same day. get there as early as you can in the morning as it gets busy and there is a big queue builds up and the counter closes at 12.30 regardless of who is waiting. other than that it's a breeze.
JH with your luck atm I still sugget you ring up to confirm & then get your lass to ring up to confirm & take the names of the people you & your bird speak to. I herd the street sellers of GOA are battling for a pitch outside your hotel.
I got my visa in Edinburgh earlier this year. Try get here early, before 12.00. You go in, pay your money, hand your passport over, then they tell you to come back after 16.00, and hand you your shiny new visa
Aye Edinburgh isnt allowed, i rang them this morn. I am trying to get thru to London with regards to a postal application cos apparently they still do em but the fkn phones engaged all the time on about 4 diff numbers. Printed two forms off before for me and me g/f and need the photos then gotta get postal orders and envelopes then were cooking with gas, hopefully anyways. As for monday when i was meant to be going to Edinburgh i dunno if i will now
my dad said you could not get them from edinburgh unless you had a scottish postal addy? he had to go through couriers/travel agents etc as was totally pushing time. dont think they were taking postal applications at the time.. im sure he said they had now sorted their acts now though when u off?
We go the 7th January mate, the forms a joke ave just been filling in hardlys any space or owt for what they ask.
you can DEFFO get them from edinboro in person. you can't get them by post from edinborough unless you have a scottish address. but you can if you go there. I just did it a month ago so I know you can for sure.
Were just gonna try in Scotland on Mon and then if not post them out to London with all the sufficient details ect. Here's hoping anyways
