Go Ape Has anyone been to Go Ape, its an assault course up in the trees. My wife and I done it last weekend up in the lakes and it was absolutely amazing. Gets quite freaky at times being 40ft above ground and walking a wire, and no matter how many times you check youve fixed yourself to the safety ropes, you still think HOLY SHIT!!

I went to the one in Aberfoyle/Stirlingshire which is about an hour outside of Glasgow. Your start to the course is a ridiculously long zip wire about 120feet in the air flying through a forest. i'll def be doing it again closer to home when it starts again coz i think it stops from october till february.
One of the leaders of the course I'm doing went yesterday. She had the video camera when she did the zip lie and showed me today. Think I'm going in the next few weeks
there's one in north yorkshire, camp hill i think its called. i went for a day with work last year and they were busy building it. looked mint like.
Re: Go Ape Have been to the GoApe in Windemere twice now but didn't get on the coarse due to bad weather.......it looks naughty as owt though.......there's some scary leaps of faith going on!!
