    Global last night.....

    fuckin excellent

armin was amazin as usual, played much more dark, driving trance than i expected - and played communication........tiesto was good, atmosphere was electric when he was on, finished with the adagio obviously...

paul van dyk was paul van dyk

ferry corsten played a classics set, which was fine by me, was funny to watch the tent empty as fergie came on after....

and the rest of the night and the trip home this morning is a bit of a blur

if anyone recorded the sets of galaxy, please please can you put them on soulseek of let me know?

sorry if this is rambling a bit, i'll try and do better when i've had some sleep......:)

Whatever it was sanchez was playing, it was WELL good i thought. I didn't think i'd ever rate him that much.

I can't remember if it was him playing this but someone played a proggier mix of I need your lovin (like the sunshine).. what mix would it have been? It was quite a new mix..

yeah that was him, im gona look up that tune id never heard it before, was quality tho!! then he played 'max linen - flashback' just after, that bassline is evil as fuck  :p paul kershaws constant shouting over the top finished the set off for me tho, really took it to another level   hope he was just on the radio and not in the arena, was well annoying!!!

crack was class, and had an amazing time, there was quite a few states and some quailty fotos taken aswell.

only sets i head enough of to really pass comment on was tiesto's, pvd and armins

i was really dissapointed with tiestos set, it never seemed to go anywhere at all and adagio was second last tune :p atmosphere was unreal tho when he dropped urban train!

Pvd was amazing, his mixing was proper tight as fuck, playing just a proper class set from start to finish, didnt like the mix of time of our lives that he played at all tho!

armin played easily the set of the night, driving all the way through, communication 2004 sounded class but as soon as randy katana - in silence (tixtaxarro mix) it made my night!

caught bits of loads of others, and everyone seemed to be playing class,

funniest moment was the clip of andy towards the end :king:

absolute blinding nite, just got home an hour ago absolutley shattered!!! :(

the atmosphere last nite aswell as the arenas were alot better than last year. had a peek in all the arenas aswell as the out door arena 'Beach' which was one of the hightlights of the day, with roger sanchez and oaky kicking arse!!!, oaky even played traffic which went off big time!!! :D

spent most the day in the gods arena though!!!, missed petrea foy & O bir B2B set as the traffic was aweful, so arrived late, just in time for tall paul, who again was brilliant. john 00 flemming played an absolute monster of a set, the guys amazing, and armin, tiesto and van dyk followed!!!

armin was out of this world, words carnt describe!!! played a stormer!!!, and played communication!!! the best ive ever seen him play.

tiesto was abysmal tbf!!!, the worst ive seen him play which was very dissappointing!!! :( took the crowd right down after armin and killed the whole mood in the tent tbh!!! mixing was very shabby aswell which aint like him, but a big dissappointment anyways!!! only thing he did that was worth mentioning about was playing 'adagio for strings'!!!

van dyk, was van dyk, absolutley amazing!!!, sat with lee and daz, before he came on and we all agreed he'd have to play a blinder after the armin set, and he did!!!
one of the best sets ive seen him play and ive seen him a million times!!!, turned it on and nailed it!!!, katana - in silence was one of the best tracks of the night, aswell as factoria - a legends legacy & ASYS - Rock & roll, which all took the roof off!!! :D

finished off with yoji, but couldnt hack it and went for a chill out instead before coming home!!!, overall the best festival ive been to, and the weather was  aswell, roll on next year!!!

    need sleep now!!! :spangled:

just had a few hours kip so things are a bit clearer now.....

I didn't think tiesto was quite that bad - but armin , pvd and ferry did piss all over him, from great height!!!! but the atmosphere when he appeared after armin went off was immense - 'it went right off', as dave pearce might say...!

the tiesto fan club were out in force - to whoever the guy with the holland shirt with 'tiesto 643' on the back, you know who you are, be ashamed!

we didnt get there till 9ish - all set for a 5pm start, we'd spent 2 hours in traffic when i jokingly asked if everyone had their ticket.....and you can guess the fuckin rest of that story!

it could've coped with being louder in the main arena I reckon, but i'm not letting that spoil it - it was so good, i even think i saw pvd smile at one point.......
