Re: Re: global Hell Taken from BBC News ( news.bbc.co.uk ) Man, 20, stabbed at dance event A 20-year-old man was stabbed several times at a music festival in Warwickshire at the weekend. The incident happened around midnight at the Godskitchen Global Gathering at Long Marston Airfield near Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday. The victim, from Cannock, was taken to Warwick Hospital with stab wounds to his head, neck, chest and arm, which are not thought to be life-threatening. A 24-year-old man from Bristol was arrested and bailed after the incident. Warwickshire Police say a further seven people who attended the dance event were treated at Warwick Hospital. Two people broke legs during falls. A further two people were treated for suspected drugs overdoses and three other people received treatment for heat related breathing difficulties. The police said a large number of revellers had placed drugs into amnesty bins placed around the site, after they were warned a zero tolerance policy would be in force. Chief Supt David Whitehouse said: "I am pleased that a large number of people used the drugs amnesty bins, but unfortunately some people are prepared to take the risk of being caught by police and ignoring the offer of an amnesty. "Overall I was very pleased with the police operation and low level of crime, especially when you consider that there were around 35,000 people at the event. He added: "Obviously the stabbing, and arrests of people supplying drugs were very serious offences, but the figures are down on last year - a trend which we will work hard to replicate during any future events."

Bad news all round Not good in Torquay either with a 'brawl' breaking out and a lad dying. What's going on at the moment. Why can't people just enjoy themselves?
