Is Eavis off his tits? No way are Arctic Monkeys ready for Headlining the Pyramid Stage..

I've had enough of thunderstorms and 7 hour traffic jams for this year.. Beniscassim and Bestival for me :D

I can't believe the Arctic Monkeys are headlining after one mediocre album.

Sorry, you probs think i'm picking on you, but that is ridiculous. Yeah, i'm unsure whether their headline status, but to call their debut album 'mediocre' is absurd.

Not really. I really didn't like it. I don't get all the hype surrounding them at all. They're average at best.

No I don't think you're picking on me. It's not absurd...its a fact. There's a couple of decent songs on the album but there's nothing special about it at all.

I couldn't agree more strongly, they are flash in the pan mouthy crap, but then there's no accounting for taste on here..

They aren't a Pyramid band, they're at the same level as Razorlight were in 2005 - headlining the Other Stage..

The Killers are playing the main headline slot on the Pyramid Stage... they are utterly dire live so it's no great loss I'll be in Spain listening to Radiohead.. :D
