    How f*cking hard is this? :( I feel like shit and I want to eat all the food in the world....

    I feel really dizzy and sick today but I dont want a cigarette :(

    I dont want to put on any weight it sounds shallow but I just lost over a stone and couldnt bare to put it back on :(

    I felt really happy today cos its my 3rd day, now I feel like absolute hell and keep feeling dizzy!!

    i know what you mean katie, im now AGAIN trying to give up smoking dope. funny thing is i don't smoke tabs i won't have an ashtray in the house as it looks bloody digusting and you would'nt stand over a bonfire wanting to inhale the smoke i just do it out of bordem, if theres nothing to do i smoke dope quite sad really but funny enough i don't know what a life without dope would be like so iv'e been telling myself try a new life without it, it does get easier as i have gone 4 months before but this time it's gona be 4 gud as it's ruled my life for to long stick at it hun you'll feel better in th long run:wink:

    I gave up dope a while ago :wiggle:

    I still smoke it sometimes but not very often...

    It didnt really fit in with what I do, I have too much stuff to do if you know what I mean I never used to be able to get anything done :lol:

    Ive smoked for 3 years now, and its really hard.

    I just dont want to leave it another year when I could just quit now. Its just going to be hell going for a drink etc, and really I shouldnt drink cos Im scared I'll smoke. I have to be realistic though...

    Its different when you get a :chill: smoker that doesnt smoke tabs...you just smoke it on its own? U might be addicted to nicotine anyway :(

    no i can't stand tabs there fucking rank even if some one is smoking in an other room i can smell them and the catch my throat to the point of it hurting especially when one of the lads lights up in the bait cabin/workvan i have my head hannging out the window like a dog

    theres no one who loves buckets more than me but they just have to stop they are starting to make me paranoid and very unsociable ive been on them since i was 14/ 15 cant even take banter at work now as i just want to whack somefucka if i hav'nt got a come back to there remarks most day's on the ball with replys but when im not i have visions of murder litrually(sp)

    honest si me head is canny fucked of them like they were moaning about me having no bait today and just money for the chippy whilst they all had bait for the first time scince the dinosoures(sp) and i always take bait but with it being the first week back was gona start the baits again next week a went off it with about 5 blokes was at the point off tears i was that raging
    and im a big 16 stone lad not fat either my temper gets so bad i have to sit by myself or cry at myself at the things i know im capbable off and im not just trying to sound the hard lad on a message board im the quietest lad you could meet
