Get a running machine/skiing machine type thing, then you can do it in the house, while doing other things :D Running apparently gives you wrinkles!!! Which is my excuse to avoid it :p not that Im just a lazy arse  :D

Eating better could help too. Like watching your intake of certain foods at certain points of the day :)

i used to do 40 mins during my lunch break at work.....or go first thing in the morning, or straight after work. Once you get into the habbit, its not that bad.
Go somewhere iwth a sauna as well, gives you a bit more of an incentive to go, cos its nice...

atm i don't finish work til 8pm most days occasionly if i'm lucky 7 pm or at worst 10pm...it takes me a min of 30 mins to get home....& by that time baths r closing or theres hardly any time left & i can't afford a £5 for less than an hour for a swim n sauna! :(

there is no way i'm going to a gym amy...i'd rather poke needles in my eyes than humiliate myself like that again!!
