Re: Gerrard you need strength and depth to a squad to be successful... rotation is sometimes neccessary and one or two injuries to key playes and you seasons fucked... doesnt take much to reaslise why they would consider signing him.

He's the best english midfielder in the league with the most complete all round game it's only logically he wants to add to the minor success he's had at Liverpool. CL and Premiership glory are a. That 30m will help strengthen a desperately weak squad and contribute towards the new stadium. Sad news indeed.. unless your a Chelsea.
