No doubt they are true. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. It really makes me think weather or not I want to put anymore of my hard earned cash into this football club. I already knew about the AGM, it been discused before. I'm really thinking hard about weather or not to still pay £500 for my season ticket again

Sir John,Doug & Fred have never put any money in I thought everyone knew that. The only one to loan money to NUFC was Sir John Hall & even then it was in his wife Mae/May name it was at 0% tho.

I don't think Freddy ever sold the warehouse to his brother but I may be wrong. But it holds more than just NUFC stuff it is also houses Adidas products for the North East as well as it acts as the North East hub for Adidas. I am not even sure what "That is £2.5 million when the warehouse is only worth £175,000 in the first place" is meant to mean as the £2.5 million refers to payment for warehousing & the £175,000 refers to a warehouse. The cost of a warehouse is relatively cheap as in most cases it 4 walls with racking, it is the warehousing that you pay for.

This sap would be shocked that it would cost £18,200 to stay in Travel Inn all year because them four walls plus a bog are not worth £18,200 but your not paying just for the 4 walls + bog are you, your paying for the full hotel service + the lecy,water etc.

I'm sick of watching footballers who get paid millions and don't even try. Haven't got time to go fully into it, but I'm thinking about not getting it

I was told there is a waiting list for season tickets at St James.

The waiting lists went mate when they redeveloped the ground, if there was a waiting list to see Newcastle games why would they only be getting crowds of 36,000 for the quater final of the UEFA cup

Sunderland v Reading had 35,000 this season

we do still have waiting lists for tickets, trust me on that.

the uefa cup is not representative of the tickets as a whole.

But i think the crowds u attract for the UEFA cup are representative of how fed up people are with the club at this current time
