    Mine was about average.

It's interesting though, looking at those listings, both at different areas of the North East and different regions throughout the ountry, it's always the independent schools at the top. Obviously this is to be expected, but it has to go some way to silence the critics of private education.

My old school got 72%. Only 4 schools scored higher in the area, and 3 of them are private schools, so I suppose its not too bad.

The excitement of recently passing your GCSE's?

Possibly, although the fact that I did them a year ago considerably dampens the "status". So where did you go to school Rossy? St martin's? ;) Tell Scotty i said hello :D

Mine got 55% under the new way of measuring things. I thought that was a bit crap really. Always thought I had gone to a pretty good school! Obviously it's gone down hill since I left

    Not another one :(

Although one thing I'll give RGS credit for is the fact that they appear to train very good musicians. Canny few famous Geordie musicians/DJs went to RGS; Freeform Five, Jon Lisle, Riton, etc.

Which is even more mad, really. Although didn't you say that Anu used to do stuff with his band at your school?

Still, fair play to them, at least they're churning out people who do something of note. I believe the most famous person to attend my school, or at least a precursor to it, was Paul Gascoigne. Inspiring.
