funked broadband and digital tv.. both died last nite and ive only had 'em 5 mins... the net was working fine when i got in.. went out and when i got back there both dead :spangled: tried giving 'em a ring but i was on hold for 30 mins.. twats.. ideas?
u have tried turning both off at the sockets for 5 mins havent u ?? if its not that there could be damage to ur box outside where the cables come in from ???
yeah i turned em off when i went out.. no score when i got back in either was gutted.. missed out on takeshis castle while i was gettin ready for work..
If you havent got it sorted let me know and i'll arrange to get someone to ring you straight away mate as i work for them.

Telewest Customer service is shit at the best of times. They'll probs try and fob you off and say its your fault its off and they've tried a line test etc and its fine.
