02 and their not very good ques

Been held in a que now for about 25 mins, and i still dont think im any further forward.....wish i hadnt bothered now, but i know if i put the phone down, ill be the next person to get dealt with.....stupid phone companies

O2 are terrible, I have tried to get my media messaging and wap sorted about 10 times and it still hasnt worked!

02 are the worst at that but i love the hold music!!!!

it repeats the same 3 bars over and over again, the music is shit, if they just kept a ringing noise i would much prefer it, its the music that makes me despise being on hold, music to hang yourself to!!!

is that the music off the advert, coz so far all ive had is that, and it makes me feel depressed

I think the music is meant to relax u, it was worse a while back, u used to get shaggy on repeat

i dont know what it is but i love it so much, it may be the one you are on about from the advert, i think it has the same annoying bit repeating on the hold music though.

just as i get into it it clicks and starts again.

id prefer that too, i could at least sing along, all this music makes me want to do is go into a public place and start shooting people.....not the best hold music, although it is considerably better than "greensleves" when i ring my mam at work!!
