    Re: Frankie & Bennies??

Yeah.. well I think it is..

I've been a few times, they do a range of pizzas, pasta, burgers and other dishes..

Fairly cheap too.. tbh its probably a good idea just to go and try the place as I like it but I know ppl who don't..

Its one of those places where you either love it or hate it..

I wouldn't say it was that cheap, but depends on what your comparing it to. Steak isn't very nice the times when I've had it, burgers and chicken baguette things are nice though

Might be alright with a few mates, but i wouldnt go there if i was trying to impress anyone or have a proper 'meal' out. Go to a proper restaurant instead - these places are just like macdonalds.

    simply atrocious.

if you don't mind some dim cunt dimming the lights every 5 minutes to sing happy birthday badly then go for it. otherwise steer well clear of all the chain places like them tgi, frankie and bennies etc.

like brid said it's simply mcdonalds in a posher frock.

None of the food will really be that fresh will it compared to like other restaurants? Its ok if you are going to the cinema or something as its close but not somewhere to take a lady. The food is pretty limited and its full of kids most of the time. More like an upclass macdonalds   :p

me and my mum went before going to a film at Silverlink. It was shocking. Mine was ok at a push but mums looked like someone had scraped the remainders of yesterdays pan of pasta sauce and lumped it onto some over "al dente" ie solid pasta

    tasty!
