    Forthcoming on Perc Trax...

Paul Lancaster - 'Many Paths' (Perc Trax) - Released 11th April 2005

    IDJ Review – March 05

Spartak is back, after what seems like a lifetime, with this cool groover on his own label Perc Trax. As expected it’s a cool jackin’ affair with plenty of gut-wrenching grooves and fucked up editing on the relentless vocal snippet. Tight drums and percussion blend the track very well to give it a full-on, peaktime feel which should go down well with the big guns. A quality release from the Perc Trax label.

    M8 Review - April 05

Ali Perc’s ever-reliable Perc Trax label does it again with this one from top tech/prog producer Paul Lancaster. On his remix of J-Punch - 'Temple' Paul showed us what he’s capable of, and here he delivers the goods yet again with a deceptively simple, groovy techy track. Based around an infectious synth loop and cool vocal sample, the track stays quite minimal throughout but has enough appeal to keep the dancefloor interested. Flip for Ali’s mix (under his 'Spartak' guise), a bassy affair featuring loads of cut-up synths and crazy stabs that give the track a really dirty, techy feel. Excellent stuff yet again from Perc Trax!
