    Formula 1!

Anyone else here like it? There must be *someone*! I didn't see the Australian GP since I was at work, and probably won't see any actually since I work every Sunday. Hmm. Damn. Have to tape them.

Anyway this section of the board is always about football, and a bit more football. I'm not the biggest fan of football myself (no I'm not gay before you ask!) but I love F1. Barrichello's my driver

    Anyone else like it?

PS. Please no "It's boring because all it is is cars going round and round and round for 2 hours" NO ITS NOT ITS ALL ABOUT TACTICS!! :D

Yes Jill. That is the noise that a car makes. Well done. Next we'll move onto the noise that aeroplanes make, but not before your colouring in lesson :p

Used to be really good in the days of Senna etc. Even more recently, it was alright. Watched it all the time. I find it too boring now tho. Shame.

That's true like, well not the first bit, I didn't watch it that long ago! But I've found myself less interested in it, mostly because I hardly have the time to watch it and with all the new things the FIA (or whatever they're called) are imposing it's less fun :(

@Jill: No Jill I don't have my sarcastic head on today Jill, I'm always that sarcastic! :D You should know that!

Its too much about the car, and not enough about the driver.

If all 20 or so drivers were given the same car it might be more watchable. But it aint ever gonna happen.

Out in the sticks cool as fukk gang! :)
i like F1 - and i think last years additions to the rules make the whole thing far more exciting. last yeari actually thought for a moment someone other than schumey might win! :p

the aussie GP IMO was disappointing - schumey pissed it so easily it was barely worth watching. :(

here's hoping that isnt a sign of the season to come.

    I AGREE
    BUT CANT SEE IT
ALL THE TECHNICAL STUFF ON THE CARS BY EACH OUTFIT IS KEPT TOP SECRET
THEY MAY LOOK THE SAME BUT UNDERNEATH ARE VERY DIFFERENT

IF EVERYONE HAD THE SAME CAR I THINK SHUMACKER WOULD BE GIVEN A RUN FOR HIS MONEY BY SOME OF THE OTHER DRIVERS
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE BUTTON DO WELL JUST COS HES A BRIT
(EVEN IF I THINK HES A BIT OF A DICK)

i've not watched it for 2 or 3 years. 2002 was the pits. (unintentional boom boom) used to really enjoy it, Fair enough, sometimes teams dominate like in the early 90's with Williams then McLaren and Ferrari - but Schumacher is unbeatable in the ferrari. whats the point. he's done everything he can in F1 - if he was anykind of sportsman in my point of view he should try find another sport to succed at. he should --- off and do something else. i remember the Ayrton crash of '94 - mid 90's was the best time for F1 - now it's difficult to enjoy. although qualifying was ok. Will see what the other races are like.

Frank Williams (Williams) & Ron Dennis (McLaren) have said many times they find it a challenge to try & make a car that is as good as the Ferrari.Arsenal are unbeaten in league this season, should they be forced out of the league?Ireland shouldnt have even turned up on Saturday!!! But they did:cry:. Sporting brilliance should never be punished it should be the standard everyone should aspire to.

teams change. schuy is only 1 bloke. it's all about individual achievment. There's only 1 race per fornight - and less chance of winning points as there can only be 1 winner who gets more points than the persuing teams. atleast in footie, 10 teams have the same chance of getting the same points every week. Schumachers domination is very different. i don't like thr guy - but he's genius.

can u smell what i'm cooking?

I smell what your cooking but I think your wrong. Your anti domination strategy would of meant I wouldn't have saw Buster Douglas beat Tyson. Would you stop Tiger Woods playing golf?

but aren't all lennox lewis's fights shite cause there's no-one even vaguely good to beat him?

he's not exactly winning every game, week in week out and it's not a good comparison. next.

and at the end of the day it's not just me that thinks this - people are and have been turning off in the droves. why? cause it's boring as fuck - simple as. so why are they changing there rules then? to make it more exciting and bring a closer field to schumacher and ferrari. i don't see them changing the rules of footie cause a few frenchies playing for some toff london team are winning loads.

So you would of banned Lennox from boxing:eek:
We would have then had to watch a load of not even vaguely good fighters fight eachother?

Lewis last fight against Vitali Klitschko was a cracker
