only thing i could think of would be a hard reset. it would delete all data on the phone and restore it back to when you first got it? if all else fails it may be worth trying it? what phone is it?
sorted i remembered it i was fucked cos the keypad lock was on even if i took battery out so no reset available Orangastan said it was a new handset jobbie
