Fooking illiterate Was never to literate in the first place but I cant write anything these days with out going back over it to take out the u instead of you and the 2 instead of to then putting the g on the end of ing it so fooking annoying!!! will have to sort myself out I think 4 Uni:spangled: see there I go again WTF!!!! does anyone else suffer from the same affliction
I blame my illiteracy on the net.....I used to abbriviate everything (been surfing for about 8 years) and now I can't spell my own fucking name.
i have often found myself in the middle of a conversation (face to face convo) having to stop myself from saying "LOL" when sum1 says something funny. i think its coz when u read a reply and someone has wrote "LOL", u say it to ureself in ure head, and it registers that they are laughing, so when i the middle of a conversation, if i find something funny, i often go to say "LOL" silly i know.
Absolutely... whenever i write - and in sum case speak... i just find it second nature 2 abbrivate everythin... i scared myself in fact, sum1 said sumthin funny, and i very nearly actually said LOL... i was like WTF?!?! no spud, laugh, dont say lol :spangled: Our generation aint gonna be able 2 write for shit O well :groovy:

This is why I almost never use abbreviations when I type (I can touch type so it doesn't make much difference to speed anyway). Someone has to keep up standards! (Glitter - I know what you mean about the LOL thing, even though I never use it myself!)
i say lol aswell...people dont half give me funi looks. and i find when im writing nething, as well as the usual 'u' and '2' i write @ instead of at. ah well. thats y im doing grafix aint it? oh...i tend to write grafix instead of graphics aswell...which was bad when i was doing my ucas form.

i sent a c.v off the other week thinking i had checked it properly..then once i had sent it off i later looked at a copy of it and realised i had put u instead of you and some other ones too..proper kicked myself as the job was to do with w/proccessing and stuff...not very good..
