    As I'm moving down to London in the very near future, me and my flatmate need someone to take on our flat.

    It's available from Jan 1st, maybe earlier if needed, and is on Seventh Avenue in Heaton

    It's gonna be available for 6 months, up until June 30th, so if anyone knows anyone who might be interested, drop me a PM and I will give you the details.

    £240 per person a month, 2 double rooms.

    The interview offers are starting to come through now.

    Ideally, I want to be a media planner, though account handling for an advertising/PR firm is also a possibility.

    Need rid of the flat first though!
