    First Single/Album, First Gig/Club?

    ok stolen from the chris moyles show a few weeks ago it's time to see who has any musical skeletons in their closet!

    first single bought: QFX - Everytime You Touch Me
    first album bought: The Shamen - Boss Drum :cool2:

    first club visited: K2 @ The Colliseum (1996)
    first gig: Manic Street Preachers @ M'boro Town Hall (1997)

    time to confess your childhood/teenage musical sins! ;)

    1st club visit..i can't remember that either....mite've been the love weekend at the telewest

    1st gig bon jovi gateshead stadium 28th june 1995!!!!!!!!! :cool2:

    not enuff but i didn't really go clubbing clubbing.....i did go to talltrees in '99 tho!!! so u cud say that was my 1st clubbing experience!!!

    i led a sheltered life thinking bahja was great!!! :monkey: :dunce:

    Single: Do they know it's Xmas time 7"/ My first 12" was Bizarre Inc - Such a feeling when I was about 16 and the old rave/hardcore tune that use to go "ecstasy, ecstanore". I forget the name of it.

    Album: Bros - Push in my brossette flat top and grolsch bottle top days :blush:. The first cool album I bought was Shamen - en tact :cool2:

    First gig: My big brother took me to see House of Pain, Cypress Hill & Funkdoobiest @ the Barras when I was underage. It was awesome. He also took me to see U2 and Utah Saints at Park head.

    First club: the tunnel in glasgow in about 96. The guy I went to Univ. with was a bouncer so had no probs getting in.

    REM Green was the first album i stole off my sister... brilliant album still...

    The Prodigy Experience or Automatic for the people where the first albums i bought...

    Single: Paul McCartney - Hope of Deliverance
    or Supergrass - alright
    i remember being in the shop whe i got hope of deliverance but mum may have paid for it...

    Album: i owned a jason donavan album when i was ikkle but dont think i bought it.

    Club: technically Mr. Bojangles, but i think that shud really be a bar...so BCM during a power cut.

    Gig: apart from silly little gigs i went to in darlington (met martin at poxy resin gig) ive never been to a music gig...was more into comedy. Think 1st gig was Chris Barrie and Norman Lovett at The Arts Centre.
