    Firefox

    Been using this as my browser for ages until recently, I think I killed it with too many plugins. So I uninstalled it and put it back on, but I get the same problem, I click on it to open and nothing happens, it appears in task manager and takies up ram but no CPU and no firefox window appears?

    Any suggestions? After uninstalling it will the plugins be left and causing it to mess up when I reinstall it?

    Forced to use Opera now

    Start --> Run, type:
    "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
    hit enter. Go to Tools-->Extensions and uninstall all extensions that you have installed/updated recently, then re-install them one by one, if they screw up, do safe mode again and get rid of them.

    There's loads of compatibility probs with extensions due to FF 1.5 being out.
