If there is a fix I will try to sort it, I have no idea what causes it though tbh.

    Rob:

Not sure if it's the same with vBulletin, but on a board I used to go on there was a profile option that allowed you to manually adjust the width of your own reply box.

Maybe thats just not turned on by default....not sure, but worth a look!

Another thing....theres some plugins I need to download.

However, when I click the "click here to download plugin" image thing, it just says no suitable plugins were found.

    How do I get them?

Are you using the latest version of Firefox (1.0 NOT 1.0PR)? Had no probs with plug-ins with that version...

Aye, best to uninstall 1.0PR completely before you install 1.0. You should only need to get the flash plug-in for most stuff to work.

    Another issue...Searching.

When you search the forums (and other sites) where there is a database involved, I often get "there is no records matching your search" when there clearly is.

    Any light?

    Some sort of timeout?

Sounds like a server side problem, unless, can a browser define a timeout period shorter than the server's settings?

    Is that it?

Never had that at all? Has it happened more than once?

It does sound more to do with the server though rather than owt to do with Firefox...

Btw, some of us have proper jobs!!
