Files too big for a CD

I've downloaded a film which is 830mb so won't fit on the cd's I've got... is there a program I can use to split the file?? I would have just used an avi splitter or something but the file extension is *.bin.

    Any ideas??

Use winrar, in the options to rar a file you can split it to cd size chunks (open winrar, go to commands --> add file to archive, browse for the file and in the bottom left of the general tab it says 'split to volumes', select cd 700M) - whoever you give the cd's too just has to put them on their HD and unrar :)
