FAO Tiger Have you had you rlaser eye surgery done yet? If so did it hurt, how much was it and where did you go? I want to get it done soon, when the money from my house comes through
Yeah had it done about a month ago now, no it didnt really hurt just very strange as tehy clamp your eye open and it felt dodgy......the laser treatment iteself took about 5 mins each eye. The aftercare was the worse for me I had bother with my left eye off the lenses they put in for 4 days but it was okay when it was taken out. I have a 6 week check and hopefully my eyes will be perfect by then, it takes up to 6 month for them to go totally perfect. But honestly I am so glad I got it done the best £600 I have ever spent as they had a special deal on when I went in July at optimax in the town. I am still using my eye drops and that and smoke can sometimes make them itch quite a bit but apart from that honestly Natalie I really recommend it hun. Did you get both eyes done at once or separately?! I've booked a consultation for next Saturday, so no wearing contacts for me and I'm going out on Friday and Saturday this week, looks like I'm gunna have to be a blindy :cry2: May find some 'fit' bloke if I'm half blind Is it true you can't have power showers for a month after as well?! :spangled:
both at once Natalie, but its was nothing! I was rubbing them and everything after about a week, I have power showers I did my pollice force fitness text on the Fri I had them done on the monday and I was running around and everything! Good Luck x
Did you get Lasik or Lasek? They told me I'll be getting Lasek but it takes longer to recover from and will need about 4 days off work but I've just started so don't know if I'll be able to get it off I totally couldn't see after the drops they put in yesterday, I couldn't see close up which Im always fine with, couldn't read my phone or anythign and had to wear my sunglasses all night, people must have thought I was a right poser Will be worth it though, can't wait
