Happy chappy are we that Alan Thompson is in ??

Think they all deserve a chance the one's that are the apparent "suprises"

Wright Phillips and Defoe are obvious quality and Thompson we all know about for what he can do with his left peg !

I dunno much about the other lad but shall see !

I'd never heard of Robert Green. :dunce:

Samuel ive not seen enough of to comment.

The three that John mentioned definately all deserve their chances.

Green plays for Norwich and is a fanstastic goalie.

SWP looks exciting like..... I think he will do well at International level..... as Alan Hansen says.... Defenders hate been ran at with pace.

I think Samuel and Green are just there for the experience.

But if he doesnt give Thompson, Defoe and Wright-Phillips at least an hour, then its a complete waste of time bringing them in.

    Its good news!

Deffo needed to sort the left wing out!

SWP is an awsome player aswell and deffo worth his call up.

If I had to choose between Rooney or Defoe to partner Owen Id would probs choose Defoe ATM...... very very close call tho
