thats why i NEVER have managers from work added ! you cant just sack someone over facebook tho, shed have a case for unfair dismissal there like.
she is accusing her boss of being a perv and hes gay so of course she can be finished for it, plus like he said, she was still on trial period so theres nowt she can do, they could say she didnt work out due to lack of high standards of work
How much of a div must she be to do that though? Shame on the boss for sacking her over facebook though... almost as bad as me beint sacked from a pub I used to work at by text message!!!
I have heard of people getting written warnings over facebook messages and as she was in her trial they can finish you for any reason.
There is not one slightest possiblity that the sacking would stand up in a court of law, how can it be proved her fingers typed this message on the computer? whats to say someone else with her account details added the message. The police rarely use text messages to try and prove something for this exact reason, how do they know who sent the message.
i have bosses and that on my facebook like, i pull sickies all the time which really pisses them off we have had 2 sets of redundancies at work in the past 3/4 month and im in a meeting nearly every few weeks about my attendance i have had 13 instances off work since the start of the year and like 9 have been on a monday and the rest the following tuesday ha ha i couldnt give a fuck what they think and make it my aim in life to piss them off altho latley with them knowing im leaving soon i am just being ignored and let to run riot as it were, basicly i come in sit on me arse play on the net all day and go home, fun you may think but its really boring
