    What a race!!!!!

Brawn were amazing, and to see Trulli start from the pits and get a podium as well as Hamlton 18th up to 5th was fantastic.

Few bits of help from the safety car, but suppose it kept it very exciting :)

And Hamiltons got 3rd as Trulli got a 25 second penalty.

    Good race but SHITE COVERAGE

i fucking KNEW the bbc would gip us once they got the F1. ITV used to have a 3 and a half hour show for the main race - 1 hour build up, 2 hours for the race (which can happen with safety cars, weather, delays, etc) and then a bit for press conference and analysis. Instead, the beeb give it 2 hours for the lot - ooo don't want to make eastenders omnibus late. Then you could watch the whole thing again on ITV3. AND hightlights of the main race, qualifying and practice sessions. Website was first class, loads of coverage, news, features - everything. So what - a few adverts - means i can have a tab. ITV used to really build it, made you feel part of the weekend, pit walks, interviews, etc.

the BBC show was rubbish. 3 minutes it gave for for yesterdays qualifying at the start, some crappy graphics for grid positions then the race started. it was a massive let down to the start of the season. it just seemed like they couldn't be arsed! AND the commentator - kept interupting brundel, say was giving some info when .."AND HE'S MAKING A DART... no he's not." proper shit.

i love F1 but the next better improve as it nearly killed it for me. Bad Show BBC. ITV used to make it exciting - the beeb just pissed on it for me.

Shut up - the BBC coverage was about 8 trillion times better for the simple reason that there weren't adverts before, during and after every overtaking move!

As for the race, it was awesome - I live that JB and Brawn won it, incredible British underdog success story. They've knocked together a car in a few months and made Ferrari and BMW look like amateurs.
