    Exporting/copying Outlook address book

Is there anyway I can export or copy contacts from a global address book in Outlook?

In an ideal world I'd just be able to open the address book, and copy all the contacts out of it and into either Word or Excel. But it doesn't let me copy them directly like that, so is there any other way of doing it?

Actually, having a bit of a look around, it doesn't seem like I have these contacts saved in my address book, but when I go to write a new email and I'm picking addressees I can use a 'global address list' like this:

definately the global address book and not the contact folder?

here's what i'd do, in the global address book, add the entries you want to your Contacts folder. Then, export it to a .pst.

Thought about that, but there's probably gonna be over 100,000 contacts in there, so it'll take ages. Can't think of anything else though so might set it away while I've not got much else better to do.

you can select tons at a time - press shift (selection to and from) or ctrl (inidividual items) when u click to multiple select.

Otherwise, you'll probably have to be sat at the exchange server itself
