    Expanding my screen area...

I have decided that 1 17" TFT is not really enough, and that something needs to be done.

    Possibilities:

    1) Buy another identical 17" TFT - but, having used this one for a year or 2, will its brightness be less than a new one?

    2) Sell the current screen and buy a 20" widescreen - but they are still quite expensive, and you don't get as much screen area. As I see it, it would be better for movies and games, but worse for internet and word processing than 2 screens?

Anyone got any thoughts? Ta!

Im looking at getting a 19" widescreen. They getting really cheap. I think the two monitor option would be really annoying

I did an attachment last term, where they used x2 19" portrait widescreens, and absolutely loved it :D

Excellent if you are writing something up, and need a spreadsheet and word processor open at the same time
