    Excel

I'm creating a spreadsheet for work and i have bout 6 sortable columns all with headings.

I was wondering if its possible to lock the headings in place somehow?? Cos when i obviously sort the columns it sorts the headings too.

I dont want to have to highlight everything other than the heading everytime! Just click on the column and hit sort.

Twas just a thought and i dont have any in depth knowledge of excel.

    Re: Excel

Yup - Highlight the row of cells below the ones with the headings in (click on the far left of the row where the numbers are). Then click Window and select Lock Panes.

    Jobs a goodun.
