essential mix Anyone catch Eddie Halliwell's essential mix on radio 1 last nite? What a cracker!! He was on fire!!! Had me bouncing til 4am! He just keeps getting better and better!! What a god! Mixing was great and scratching was well on form. Played some well hard tunes and others, including some of my own, like Signum "what u got 4 me?" and Rikki Effe "noisemaker". The crowd sounded like they were lovin it too!!! Glad I stayed up now! Hat off to him.
Live from Ascenion(spelling), Goodgreef in Manchester. Was a quality set but I just expected something more. So glad he scratched, makes his set's IMO. Played all the tunes you would expect him to pay, except It's over for me, which I was very dissapointed at.
not playing over 4 me is a good thing IMO, it was in danger of gettin released on cd, and entering the top 40, the sing has been rinced so dry...
Still would of liked it to be on there though. I know what you mean about it, they totally kill quality songs like that when they get radio play. Have you heard what they have done to Warrior, it's a fucking disgrace.
