Equlibrium Just got this on VCD... how fcuking good is this film? OMG. story a bit ropey, a rip off of a couple of other films, but forget that... the action scenes are amazing... just had to share that with you...
it's that new film from the producers of The Matrix, starring Christian Bale from American Psycho and Empire of the Sun... mental action scenes... matrix style.... mucho goodo
sleek fighting scences, typical cool gun action as you'd expect from the same chaps that did the matrix, very dark and moody. top film. you'll love it!
and of course the lead bloke all the lasses fancy him - so there's some eye candy too. and for the blokes, there's lots of slo-mo flying thru the air, taking baddies out with double guns and looking cool stuff. can't beat it with a big stick.
I cant remember if he does or not, he was really good in it though. I definately recommend people go to see this!
watching it again at the mo... kinda american accent, but in a dark brooding way... if that makes sense.
cos hes actually an english actor but in american psycho he does a really good american accent whic is like MofS says is dark and brooding too. But i think hes a great actor. didnt realise he was in empire of the sun tho. he does play the kid yeah?
yup, he plays the kid... it's one of those faces you go "ahhhhhhhh i see it now!" he's canny good actor, does some unusual films.
it won't b as good as matrix thats for fuckin sure !! u can't beat sum of the fight scenes off that film.
maybe not as many fights as the matrix, but the ones there are, are very good indeed... IMO i'd say better - and the matrix is one of my all time favs
