Re: Re: England as top seeds Its based on the record in the last three major competitions and the qualifying. So Holland not quallifying for WC 2002 screwed them up and was the reason why Germany were in the top seeds for the WC 2002 and England weren't, even though we won the qualifying group and the Germans went through the play offs
