    The Below link will take you to the national health service EHIC registration site.
    You have until March 31st to apply for one of these free of charge after this date they will be charged at £5.00 each.
    This card has replaced the old E111 forms you used to get for medical insurance when travelling abroad
    don't miss out.

    I never take an E111 form with me on hoilday I always just forget, have applied for noe of those though :D

    iv had one for aobut 6 months u old people are so much more organised

    nah when i went to ibiza i missed the last date for a E111 by one day so had to get one of these....... it costs you u know UNLESS u post it off....... to get it on the day at the post office it costs u a few quid for postmans time (it took 60 seconds) mind u my post office is asian
