    line up is same !!
we have changed because of several reasons we still can't use our lasers there for 1 and not all the sound equipment is available that night.
hopefully the smaller venue will be ok tho, never been myself ?

yeh that was a good one, trilok & chiren are top guys and will be back in a month or so !! the crowds are only small cos they are new but their dj listing is second to none.
from NRG in crete to carte blanche and rhumours in holland overload are always bringing the biggest names to the night.
paul has been working with these guys for years, tiesto got his first big set in club nrg ( crete ) as did dana and luna ..
the klass nights will prove more popular in newcastle with the trance and tech/trance dj's.

every overload i've been too has been excellent for the dj's and music, the only problem with the night is the lack of promotion to be honest. a lot of it is just word of mouth, or a rare flyer being passed through friends, if more promo was done the nights could be a lot more popular as the quality of the line ups is always good. like the last one, with bk, the tunes were banging all night, especially vortex, but there was around 15 people there at the most, so it closed early. it was annoying as the tunes were lethal... get some flyers out!

There will be plenty of promotion over the next two weeks leading upto the event, main reason for the delay is that with the venue change, all the posters/flyers etc had to be reprinted.

There will be plenty of flyers getting handed out this weekend!!

Also with it being a smaller venue, it all adds to the atmosphere, plus the word is out about this event already, and looks like being there busiest yet.

    :)

without wanting to knock what you are trying to do

there are or soon will be a totaloversaturation of tech / trance nights in newcastle

you will have by end of march , gods kitchen at digital with massive trance line ups

evolve at digital with massive line ups with trance djs

and junior at cosmic with innovative and interesting trance lineups

you might disagree with what I am about to say but newcastle will struggle to accomodate 3 trance / tech nights in newcatle let alone 4 that is a fact!!

theres no denying what youve achieved elsewhere works but
newcastle needs a different kind of night than another trancenight and a different approach to promoting

i dont care / not care for trance

i will go to the place where i feel it will be the best party

but , and you know this to be true quickster, such is the fickle nature of the cooller than cool trance worshipping internet board warrioring trance crowd in newcastle they will not go out and support 4 trance nights in the course of a month in newcastle

they will pick and choose the events they go to as always and despite their protestations they will indeed follow the a-slist worshippers

so youll see them for example go to evolve and junior g in feb , gods in march then they'll nick off down to crasher or cream at easter

thats what they do so in my mind there is litttle point in another trance / tech night starting up unless it offers something vastly different
