Thinking about buying a new mixer for our rig as sick of putting our system through shitty half broken pioneers in venues.

I have heard good things about the ecler mixer range and this model is in our budget.

Will get a fair bit of use say at least 4 gigs a month plus dj youth sessions are they tough mixers for the money.

    Thanks

    James

    Drop the Bass Soundsystem.

does look like a nifty bit of kit for the price, dont know if i would go with that personally, but it seems to suit your needs well :)

I hate pioneer unless they are the 800 or above and allen and heath have too many buttons in that price range.

I'd go for the Xone32 if you can stretch to £400ishm pretty much bullet proof and pretty simple layout

Sound quality i prefer on the elceur plus the large eq buttons are total kills

are the gains not on the back of the mixer and the faders really long.

The ecler suits cutting more as well for hip-hop and techno.

My mate has this mixer James, played with it a canny few times.
Its robust as fuck and its pretty nifty.
Not sure how it would be in a rig situation, its only in his bedroom mate.

it held up quite well, and actually made the shitty, shitty DJ sound better since he couldent fuck on with the EQ's

Got to be better than djm500 or djm600 which are what we always end up using.

Good Sound quality and it being robust are what i am after the uk dealer has offered me a 30% discount because i run a soundsystem so result.
