Ebay Bit of a strange one this and not something i have come across before, i was basically selling a couple of pairs of Evisu Jeans and i gets a message saying this for one of the pairs : Thank you for your recent auction-style listing on eBay. Unfortunately, these items breached one or more of our policies and had to be removed from the site: 190199145193 - EVISU JEANS 30/34 Your eBay fees for this item have been credited to your account and all bidders on this item have been notified of its removal. because Evisu reported it to us for violating their intellectual property rights. When eBay is notified by a rights owner of an intellectual property rights infringement, eBay must remove the item in order to meet certain legal requirements. Why was your listing removed? only time i had 1 taken down was because i put "as new" in the title - they said i was abusing the searches so people looking for 'new' would get my listing. they waited till 2 hours b4 end of auction though till they cancelled. twats.
