i did, i was the highest bidder on them all until literally the last few seconds....I hate ebay now :evil: The ones i want have all gone now too
best thing to do, is not to bid til the last 10 seconds, then put your highest bid in. i win every time
im sure there is a program you can get called ebay sniper or sumthing along them lines that automatically puts a bid , say 1p higher at the very last second so your pretty much garenteed 2 win really hope ya get yer shooooooes
Aye that's my technique as well. Show no interest til the very last second. Spent thousands on eBay like, I fucking love it. Once spend £700 on small Japaneese film posters. Another time £150 on Batmobiles. Sometimes I have to proper ban myself for my own good...
If you time it right you can beat it, but it's not easy! It also depends on the speed of your connection. I've managed to bid bang on the close time before.
