    if sumone hasnt sent ur order but recieved payment is there out u can do appart from give them a bad credit rating?

    Ive jus had a similar thing mate! I ordered a Von Dutch cap from Ebay last week but ive been sent an email from ebay sayin that the seller has been suspended and is under investigation but the bastard has already had my money!!!!

    Ive filed a complaint with paypal to try and get my money back. If paid through paypal karl, then file a complaint soon cos you gotta do it within 30 days.

    Im jus waitin to see if i can get my money back now!

    you probably wont get your money back if it does turn out to be a scam.

    I got scammed once, but got my own back. Back in the day you used to be able to create fake usernames without registering a credit card, so this guy that scammed me, well I bid 10,000 pounds on all of his auctions(with the fake username, which was untraceable back to me), for goods that were only worth 5 or so quid. And because ebay charges a percentage of the total sale price (after the bid prices surpass a certain poin), this guy got nailed with thousands of pounds worth of ebay fees, which got charged to his credit card!

    So the point is- dont scam anyone on ebay, because they might know how to scam you back ;)

    got an email b4 saying he sent it on the 7th, so hes ringing up royal mail to chase it up n will let me know tomorrow, hopefully will be cool! funny thing was i order 2 things from 2 people at the same time n the other item took ages to arive so i emailed them n the sent another :s
