E4 is unwatchable but all other channels are fine

    E4 is unwatchable but all other channels are fine

    I have sky digital and for a good while now all the channels have been fine apart from E4/E4+1. It jumps, frame by frame, all the time.

    Anyone know what could be causing this? Filmfour was doing this earlier on but it was fine the other day. Not sure if the channels are linked :confused:

    I've got a freeview box and it's working fine for me.
