    DVD to DVD?

There is only on dvd writer and 1 cd writer on my machine but is there anyway for me to store whats on the DVD on the hard drive and then transfer it to another dvd disk?

If so, which programs will I need and is it easy to do?

    Thanks

Depends on wots on the dvd in the firstplace jimmy , if its a movie like wot u buy in woolworths n that then the chances are it will be too big to just copy onto another dvd , as dvd blanks are only 4.7gig whereas original movie dvd's can take up to 9gig !!

if its under 4.7gig then u should be able to back it up no problem using either nero6 or sonic recordnow max , just read it in then it will ask for the blank dvd , simple as !!

    ...fidds...:D ;)

p.s. if it is over 4.7 gig it gets more complicated , it has to be ripped to ur hard drive 1st , then just the bits u want extracted from it ( with 2 different bits of software ) then pulled into nero n burn to disc !!
