    DVD copying

Ok I'm a newbie at this..... so I want some advice.

I tried to copy a dvd for the first time last night but I kept getting a series of either I/O errors or errors about reading the disc.

I downloaded a couple of decrypter software packages and am trying to use Intervideo's DVD copy 4.

Do I have to setup my writer in anyway?
What software do you regular burners use?

    Thanks

    Same as Chandler_90.

Make sure you check the output DVD size is 4.7Gig when using standard DVD's!

Also to retain optimum quality when shrinking DVD's, untick unwanted additional content and sound formats.
