    dream reading

Does anyone know if you can go & tell someone your dreams & they decode it for you??

I really want to get mine done cos they're so fucked up

    for example...

last night i dreamt i got back with my ex & we were trying to evade crocodiles in a house where we were wanting to have rampant sex

had a dream my mate had a spot on her head & it wouldn't stop growing

they go on & on

my mates cousin's got a book about decoding dreams like, ill have a word and see where she got it from, or you could check places like waterstones etc - would defo be cheaper than paying someone to do it

Its usually just about people you've had on your mind recently I find! I have odd dreams when Im stressed out usually. Apart from that I can rarely remember.

The :chill: majorly add's to how messed up your dreams are though!!

I think it definately add's to it. I think it just makes you crazy in general  :p

Remember dreams are just your mind staying active when you are asleep...and your ex boyfriend is in your memory somewhere! It could just be a very random thing :p

      !!!

Apparently during sleep when your dreaming, the part of your brain that deals with emotions is really active, whereas the part that deals with ciritical faculties and planning is shut off...

Thats possibly why most dreams seem very chaotic and illogical

Its funny I was just reading about good sleep and stuff the other day in this magazine!

It said a deep sleep in theory is where our brain rests and dreaming sleep helps us process and sort experiences which can also help with memory.

Could explain the ex boyfriend :)

After doing a module in my course with sleep involved i can tell you you don't need to worry.

You can read books to create meanings for things if you want but sleep is the part of the day where your brain takes in and learns/memorises things that have gone on in the day. It processes feelings and emotions and any new things that you've learnt. Thats why its so importnat for us to sleep.

I've been a very vivid dreamer since I was tiny, I sleep walk and talk and it did get a bit worrying at one point but you just have to just get on with it really :)

i had a dream the other night that me and Kerry James (the local dj) worked at a water park as flume attendants except her name was Vicki

I would like to point out that I have never met Kerry James or have any idea what she looks like. Plus i havent been to a water park for about 5 years

People who have horrible dreams on a regular basis are generally very distrubed people - true fact
