    i always liked download accelerator... u gotta pay for it now tho... i got an old version that works, but a few places dont support it... other than that getright is pretty good.

    I've got broadband but still use Download Accelarator. You can pay for it and get the full auto resume version but the free version is fine. A lot of sites still support resume anyhow. Go DAP.

    Agree with SPUD and Vandenburg here, DA Lite is still the best D.Manager available, simply cause its simple! And you can have upto 7simulataneous connections speeding it up a little. It had a little advert bar on the download box but no horrid adware.

    DONT GET GOZILLA!

    Its full of horrid adware and will spam ur pc with rubbish.

    Yeah, I'd stay away from Gozilla, it can be a right pain. Plus it's not as user friendly as DAP.

    Use FlashGet, you can tell it how many connections to make to the site per download etc :)
