It depends on the tune. Some will never bore me.

Deffo bores me, kerry's set seems 2 be very similar every time i see her. Ive being going off promise's main room a bit latly partly because im sick of hearing the same tunes, always room has being mint though.

Being going 2 shindig more its got me back interested in clubbing again as the music is so gud and different.

my thoughts exactly on kerry...it seems she picks the most anthemic big hard trance tunes, and then plays them to death by playin them in every set she does.

a few weeks ago when she was on with robbie nelson she started off brilliant by playin some excellent new tunes but then as usual went onto play the expected revoultion, insomnia etc...

she's a ressi and someone who always seems to play last set yet IMO she doesn't produce the goods as often as she should.

I aint heard kerry in a long while so can't really comment on her (but I used to really enjoy her sets, but my tastes have changed - I personally have gone completely off the trancier sounding hard stuff and opted for the harder stuff and much to my dismay our dear kerry can't really play that @ promise )...

But this problem happens to most dj's if you see enough of them, every dj has their own style... take eddie halliwell every one always has a go @ him fo playing the same tunes, but this is usually the people that follow him to promise, crasher, good greef, sundis... Its hard 2 find new stuff people haven't heard nowadays...

Take glazby much as love him his sets are very sameish, this will always happen if you hear enough of 1 dj as your hearing their style... Can't really comment on kerry as I aint heard her recently (although the 3 mentioned songs have been caned 2 death.. but dunno what else she played)... but the bouncey/warpey style hard trance has always been what she's played @ promise.... its what i'd expect to hear in her set....

but do agree if dj's took that little extra time finding new/rare tunes it would make a lot of difference

eddie is also really bad for playin the same tunes over and over as joe sez.

maybe they all might have got some xmas money over the festie season so we might see some new tunes in their boxes

There is def a lack of new material out each week as well, i dunno if its noticable in Newcastle, but some weeks i go to say Mad Records, or XSF and there is only a handful of new tunes worth getting. I cant imagine DJs always wanting to play the same tunes over n over again, just sometimes they dont have much choice!

same songs! must admit paying hard trance/hh tunes every time u play would bore me to death as well and thats probs why i dont like those type tunes like i used to anymore over kill luckily i havent heard silver bath in clubs as much as othr peeps so i am a lucky one who still loves silver bath!! yay but if it got caned every week by rich or kerry i would be like yay for first two weeks then arrrghhh there on afta!!
